Magico Constructions was tasked by the Owner to assist with the Design and Construction (D&C) for the project. The project involves 4 bedrooms with 2 ensuites and 2 bathrooms, along with a media room, study and guest room.

The building is two-storeys high with a basement level with open dining into the backyard decking and underground swimming pool. The project is currently dodged under DA with an estimated starting timeframe being late 2021.
